Elizabeth Hooker, 91, of Hakalau died Aug. 29 at home. Born in Treverton, Pa., she was a member of Heritage Christian Fellowship Church. Visitation 5-5:30 p.m. Monday (Sept. 14) at Heritage Christian Fellowship Church, 165 E. Kawili St., Hilo. Celebration of life service at 5:30 p.m. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts). Survived by daughters, Jeane (Gene) Monnier of Hakalau and Kathryne (Harry) Fisher of Florida; brother, Dan Hooker of Alabama; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins. Clayton Ikaika Souza-Kong, 21, of Pahoa died Sept. 2 at Hilo Medical Center. Born on Oahu, he was a fencing construction worker. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Sunday (Sept. 13) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel.
